Vacuum brazing - precise, clean and permanently strong
Vacuum brazing is a joining process that joins metals using a solder in a vacuum environment. The process produces extremely clean, strong joints without oxidation or the use of flux.
Vacuum-compatible TIG welding
This welding method joins the components for use in high-vacuum applications. It ensures absolutely tight and non-porous weld seams with no leaks.
Glass bead blasting - gentle blasting process
Glass bead blasting is a gentle method of surface cleaning and finishing. It removes residues and improves the surface, which optimizes tightness and outgassing behaviour.
Vacuum annealing - heat treatment in vacuum furnaces
In this process, material is heated in a vacuum and slowly cooled. The process removes internal stresses and trapped impurities, which improves the material properties.
Leak test with helium gas
This test guarantees that a vacuum system is absolutely leak-proof. By using helium gas, even the smallest leaks that could affect performance are detected.
